Artist Statement

My work is devoted to the presence of the wild — the animal, the atmosphere, and the unseen life that surrounds them.

Whether through painting or drawing, I seek to create work that feels alive: shaped by observation, imagination, wilderness, silence, and the living spirit of the North.
